This Privacy Policy explains how the TrueDetect Master app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information. TrueDetect Master is a companion tool for authorized device operators to provision new devices and manage MDM enrollments they own.
The App collects only the information required to operate:
We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifiers.
The App uses the camera only to scan a device QR code when you initiate a scan. Camera images are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted.
Information is used solely to authenticate the operator, generate provisioning QR codes, and let the operator review or remove MDM enrollments they own. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our server at truedetectai.net and is protected by access controls. Session tokens are kept in memory or secure device storage and are cleared on sign-out.
Account and managed-device records are retained while your operator account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
The App is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13.
